Repairs
We are pleased to offer a mobile service fully capable to repair all makes and models of material handling equipment at any of our customers’ locations. We strive for a maximum callout time of 2 hours or less. Having you back up and running is our number one concern.
We also offer complete maintenance and repair service for construction sites. The team at Butterfield Forklift is experienced with telehandlers, aerial work platforms, scissor lifts, skid steers, light towers, generators, packers, and so much more.
Our flexible schedule allows us to look after your equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Planned Maintenance
Planned maintenance service agreements are offered and recommended to ensure your equipment stays in safe and proper operating condition. Provided with a planned maintenance service is a 55-point checklist that shows the unit is in mechanically safe operating condition.
All equipment on a service plan will be logged in our database to track when it is due for its next service. That way, it is just one less thing you need to worry about.
Tire Pressing
Our 150 ton tire press is equipped with all of the necessary pressing dyes and cages to safely press all cushion, solid pneumatic, and pneumatic tires. We have found this helps save our customers money as well as downtime compared to outsourcing tire pressing services, which can take days. We also stock most forklift tire sizes to further eliminate waiting and downtime.
Equipment Transport
Butterfield Forklift has a hook lift truck with a 22 foot deck and winch. This recovery truck allows us to pick up equipment from either ground or dock level. We also utilize a flat deck trailer for moving larger rough terrain equipment.

Hydraulics
Butterfield Forklift utilizes an in-house hydraulic hose crimping machine that enables us to build hoses at our shop. We stock many different types of quality hose sizes and fittings. Our portable crimping tool enables us to repair or replace hoses on-site, which allows repairs to be completed much faster and without multiple trips to a 3rd party location. Additionally, it enables us to make temporary repairs on site to keep you working until the job is completely finished.
Operator Training
Butterfield Forklift is proud to offer operator training for all types of forklifts and telehandlers. Our trainer has over 25 years of experience. Our program has been approved by the Saskatchewan Safety Council. None of our training comes with an expiration date, and is valid as long as operators maintain current hours on equipment. We also offer flexible options such as on-site courses, evenings, and weekends.
